Track Group & Individual Performances with Growth Graphs

Want to see how participants in your team are doing over time? Quizizz for Work gives you easy-to-read reports, including growth graphs and analytics, that help track progress, spot trends, and fine-tune your training. Group-level reports give you an overall picture of performance, while participant-level reports let you dive deeper into individual progress. Using insights from these reports and growth graphs, you can adjust your training and ensure your team gets the most out of every quiz. 

Access growth graphs for Groups

1. Click on the Groups tab in the left navigation menu
2. Select the relevant Group to view performance details
3. Under the Overview section, you'll see an accuracy graph summarizing group performance
   1. You can modify the graph's range by choosing to view details for the 'last 20 games' or 'last 40 games' from the drop-down menu
4. Hover over any data point on the graph to see details like the quiz name, date, accuracy percentage, and participant count
   
   
   
   
5. Click on a data point to open a detailed report for that quiz session in a new tab
6. Below the graph, you'll find a list of all quiz sessions the group has participated in. Use the drop-down menu to sort by date
7. Click on 'Edit Assignment' to edit the questions and settings for any running sessions
   
   

Access growth graphs for individual participants

1. Click on the Groups tab in the left navigation menu
   
   
   
   
2. Select the relevant Group
3. In the Participant Reports section, you can view a list of all participants in the group
   • You can sort this list using the drop-down menu by first name, last name, average accuracy, and quiz completion rate
     
     
     
     
4. Click on the 'View report' button next to a participant's name
5. You will now find a summary of the participant's performance as well as an accuracy graph 
6. Hover over any data point on the graph to see details like quiz name, date, accuracy percentage, and participant count of the quiz session
   
   
   
   
7. Click on a data point to open a detailed report for that quiz session in a new tab
8. Scroll down to view the list of quiz sessions the participant participated in
   
   
   
   
   • Click on the 'View Attempt' button for a session name to see the individual performance report of that participant in the selected quiz session

Note: If Redemption Quiz was enabled for a session, the reports will reflect the updated scores obtained from the reattempted questions.
