Contact Quizizz

Whether you have queries about your account or feedback regarding the platform, we would love to hear from you. 

If you do not have a Quizizz account, you can send an email to pro_support@quizizz.com, and our support team will reach out to you at the earliest. 

If you're logged into your Quizizz for Work account and would like to learn more about a feature or troubleshoot an issue you are facing, click on the purple '?' icon on the bottom-right corner of your screen and select the 'Contact support' option. 

Next, type in your query in the search bar. The search results will display a list of articles that might contain the answer you are looking for. 

In case your questions remain unanswered, click on 'Contact us' and fill in the form with your name, email address, subject line, and a description of your query. Optionally, you can assign a category to your message from the drop-down menu provided. You can also include the name of your company/ organization and attach up to five files to add more context.
