There are five question types available on Quizizz and you can use them in many ways to create interesting and engaging quizzes for your audience.
Multiple Choice
Use this question type when you want to add a number of answer options, but have only one correct answer. Respondents can select only one option from the given options.
Checkbox
Use this when respondents need to select more than one option (from the given options) in order to get the answer right.
Fill-in-the-Blank
Respondents have to manually enter the answer in the space provided. The character limit for FIB is 160 chars. A message shows up when the answer exceeds 120 characters.
Open-Ended
Subjective type questions where the respondents are free to type in their answer as long as it is within the character limit (1000 chars). A message shows up when the answer >800 characters.
Polls
Ideal while conducting surveys or for gathering feedback. Polls do not have a correct answer. You can either allow respondents to pick one option or allow multiple selections.
Feel free to add any number of questions and/or question types to your quiz. Once you’re happy with the questions, click on ‘Finish Quiz’ to save the quiz.
