As an administrator, you can add your fellow instructors to your Quizizz for Work plan, enabling them to create Quizzes and Lessons, host activities, and access reports with ease.

Once you add members to your plan, you will be able to filter activities in your library to search for Quizzes or Lessons created by a specific team member. You can also find reports for games hosted by a particular instructor.

Note: The number of members you can add depends on the plan you are subscribed to. Click here to learn more about Quizizz for Work plans.

Adding members to your plan

  1. Click on the 'Manage Members' tab on the left navigation pane

  2. Click on the 'New Member' or 'Invite' button

  3. Enter the email address of the user you want to add to the plan
  4. Click on 'Invite'

The user will receive an email inviting them to join your plan.

If you wish to add a user who already has a Quizizz for Work account, enter the same email address that they use while logging into Quizizz. This will ensure that their existing account will be upgraded to your plan, and all of their content will remain accessible to them.

To remove a member from your plan, click on the 'Remove' button and then confirm your choice in the pop-up box.

View activities created by a member

Once you've added members to your plan, you can view the activities created by them. Begin by clicking on the 'Library' tab on the left navigation pane. Then, click on the 'Created by' filter and select the instructor(s) whose activities you would like to see.

View reports for games hosted by a member

Click on the 'Reports' tab on the left navigation pane. Next, click on the 'Hosted by' filter and select the instructor(s) whose activity reports you would like to view.

You can also view the reports for a particular Quiz or Lesson hosted by a specific instructor. To do this, select the Quiz or Lesson and then click on the 'Sessions' tab. Here, you can click on the 'Hosted by' filter and select the name of the instructor.
