Quizizz automatically generates a report for every Quiz and Lesson you host as a Live Session or as an Assigned Activity. These reports contain detailed insights into the performance of your participants.
Reports also contain information on the number of participants, their accuracy and completion rate, the points and scores awarded to them, the average time taken to answer each question, etc.
Click on the 'Reports' tab on the left navigation pane to access your reports.
Here, you can sort your reports using filters. You can filter your reports by 'My Reports', 'Shared Reports', or 'All Reports'. You can also filter by Groups and Date.
Click on the report that you would like to access. At the top of your report, you will find the report name. You can edit this name by clicking on the pencil icon next to it.
Click on the 'Edit Settings' button to modify certain activity settings, such as the number of participant attempts, shuffle questions, and shuffle answer options. Note that this option is only available for assigned quizzes that are still running.
The report will display the total number of participants, their overall accuracy, completion rate, and the total number of questions in the quiz. You can click on the 'View quiz' button to take a closer look at the quiz and all its questions.
Here is where you can also download, print, or delete the report. Click on 'Email all participants' to share the report with all your participants. Or, click on 'Share report' to invite other stakeholders to access the report.
Scroll down to view the 'Participants' tab. Here, you will find the accuracy, points, and scores earned by each of your participants.
You will also be able to see how many questions they answered correctly and incorrectly. You can sort your participants by accuracy, points, score, first name, last name, or submission time.
Click on a participant's name to view detailed insights on their performance.
Click on the 'Evaluate' button to manually evaluate the responses of your participants. This is especially beneficial for open-ended questions as it allows you to grade responses on a scale.
Switch to the 'Questions' tab to view data on how your students have performed in each question of the quiz. For running assigned quizzes, you can click on 'Edit question' to modify the question, edit, add, or delete answer options, add images, equations, audio, or video clips, or add answer explanations.
Switch to the 'Overview' tab to see the big picture of your partcipants' performances. Correct answers are marked in green, incorrect answers are marked in red, and ungraded questions are marked in blue.
Questions that have been manually evaluated will feature an asterisk (*) mark. You can hover on each question to view a participant's response to it, along with the time taken to respond.
